Rectron is pleased to offer Online Credit Card ordering as well as Request For Quotes (RFQ).

We accept small and large quantity orders by Visa, MasterCard and C.O.D.

       $100 dollar min, PO requirement per order

Our system allows the user to securely submit all Credit Card info, Bill & Ship to requirements via an encryption software program to process all orders.

Please follow these easy steps:

1.   Enter part number (partial number ok) in Online Ordering & RFQ Box located above - top right side - of this page.

2.  The Search Box will then open a 2nd window and display current available stock.

Here is a brief explanation of each Search Result field:

Part No:  Displays Rectron Complete Part #

Description:  Displays Rectron Part Description

Price/Piece:  Price per pc or lot size.  

Qty:  Current Stock Level or Availability.  

Bulk/T&R Lot Size:  Parts must be purchased in these lots sizes either individual piece or Bulk or Tape & Reel 

Est. Ship Date:  Parts in stock will display the current day date, meaning we can ship ASAP.   All other dates will show an Estimated Ship Date or Lead time based on if order is placed today.

Email:  Link to send Email Inquiry or Contact Rectron.

Add to RFQ:  Check if you wish to request an Request For Quote

Add to PO:  Check box if you wish to add parts to an online PO.                                                         

Note: By selecting the check Box of  "Add to RFQ" or  "Add to PO" (on any part number) you can continue to search for parts and add to your shopping cart.

3. Upon Completion of your part selection - click either Complete RFQ or  Complete Purchase Orders.

You will be sent to a new secure screen (powered by mectronic.net) to complete your Contact, Bill To, Ship To and if purchasing parts - Credit Card Information.  

For  Complete RFQ or  Complete Purchase Orders please follow page instructions, be sure to fill out all *required details requested.

Note: Forms allow the user to securely submit all billing information encrypted to Rectron.   Your Credit Card will not be charged at this point.    Rectron will send you an Sale Order Confirmation.    We will only charge your Credit Card Upon Shipment of Parts.
