COMPANY PROFILE

Rectron Limited was established in January 1975 in Tu-Cheng, Taipei by

a team of experienced Semi-conductor engineers.  Financed locally, Rectron very quickly emerged as a recognized supplier of quality discrete semi-conductors.  In 1981, Rectron's increased sales revenues with direct access

of the global semi-conductor market via a network of exclusive Distributors and Agents.

Expansion came in early 1994 when the Rectron (Shanghai) plant was commissioned to enhance our competitive advantage and increase discrete product manufacturing capacity.

All three wholly owned Rectron factories have achieved ISO-9000 quality recognition standards, with QS9000 approval in Taiwan and Shanghai.

Utilizing customized, vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly processes.

Rectron achieved unparalleled quality and productivity.  Employing IPQC, SPC, and TQM methodologies improved quality levels in semiconductor production to < 10PPM failure rate, a fact attested by 10 consecutive annual awards for Manufacturing Excellence from the Taiwan government.

Rectron received approval for initial Public Offering of common stock in January 1985, and has opened wholly owned subsidiaries in Los Angeles New York, USA; London England; and Hong Kong.

With over 20 years of rectifier manufacturing experience, Rectron is widely accepted as the de-facto standard at major OEM's in every geographic location.  Rectron credits a workforce of nearly 2000 experienced and dedicated employees as the most valuable asset in ensuring that Rectron remains a world leader in quality rectifier manufacturing.
